With Facebook being one of the most popular social networks, we have focused on how to recover your Facebook password.

By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to reset your Facebook password to something that you can easily remember.

Step 1 – Visit the Facebook homepage

Step 2 – Locate the “Forgotten account” link

Click on the forgotten account link on the top right of the screen.

Step 3 – Find your account

You will be presented with a page entitled, ‘find your account‘. Enter your email address or phone number.

Step 4 – Reset password code

The next screen will ask you to reset your password. You will be offered a variety of options. Select the most appropriate one, then press the continue button.

Step 5 – Copy & paste reset password code

Depending on the option you select (in the above screen I selected reset via sms) simply follow the instructions on the screen

Step 6 – Finally, regain access to Facebook account

You will receive a notification that your password has been successfully reset. Select the continue button to stay logged in. And that’s it!
